We do “Delivered At Place” (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. DAP creates unexpected costs for customer and can result in delayed or returned shipments.
- In case of returned shipments, refund will be issued after deduction of shipping charges
- Once products are shipped, we do not have control over delivery, and would not be responsible for delays, non-delivery or lost shipment. Buyer assume all risks.
