Instructions: Take 1 capsule, twice a day by mouth, after discussing with your physicians

 Recommendations:

• Eat low-carb, high protein / fat diet
• Ditch the breakfast
• Can have Tea / Coffee with non-dairy milk
• Eat BRUNCH @ noon 
• Hungry? Light snacks / nuts (e.g., Pistachios) in afternoon
• Early dinner (75% of your usual meal)
• Remaining 25% as salad, last meal of the day
• Still hungry, eat some cheese (e.g, Ricotta)
